Due to the personalized and custom nature of the products we offer, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If an item arrives defective, with an error, or is damaged in transit, please notify us with 5 business days and we will be happy to send a replacement. Please note that an image of the damage, defect or error will be required for a replacement.
Once an order has started production, we are unable to cancel or modify an order. For this reason, please carefully ensure all the information provided when place your order is correct and accurate.
1) Please note that actual printed colors may vary from those shown on your monitor. The color displayed on one device screen/computer MAY look different in brightness or color from how it appears on another device screen/computer. By ordering from us, you understand that the anticipated color of a product may be slightly different that the actual printed color, but the printed color is correct for our product catalog.
2) Printed colors may also vary between different items, as various materials accept and display ink colors differently. The same design on two different items (for example, a cloth item and a metal item) may have slight variations in the shades of color. We are not responsible for color variations between products of the final printed product.

Production times varies for each item and is stated on the individual item page. If a production rush is needed or if you have a time sensitive order, please contact us before placing your order to ensure it can arrive by your need-by date.
Shipping is flat rate based on the value of your order. If you are placing a bulk order or need a quote for shipping outside of the United States, please contact us.
